These photographs were made during a fifteen day visit to the islands in September 2018. The spectacular landscape is dominated by mountains and extremely high coastal cliffs. Located in the Atlantic Ocean, the group of eighteen islands lies approximately halfway between Norway and Iceland. They are connected to one another by road tunnels, bridges and ferries.
